Our house

Our house is surrounded by a nice garden and provides several terraces. All our rooms provide heating, air conditioned and we offer a reserved parking for our guests. We started this activity in 2005, guesting people coming from all over Italy and also from other international locations. In the end of 2007, we have renovated the interiors and we have increased the number of rooms.

At the moment, our guests can choose among two different rooms or mini-apartments: the Room of the Oranges and the Room of the Magnolias. Moreover, if you are interested in staying for longer periods, you can contact us to rent to the House of the Roses.

The Room of the Oranges

The Room of the Oranges is one of the two rooms generated by the recent renovation. The Room of the Oranges shares a comfortable living-room with the Room of the Magnolias. In the living-room, you will find television and an interesting library. In the Room of the Oranges you will find a double bedroom with direct access to the ample bathroom. The Room of the Oranges is equipped with air conditioned and direct access to the garden.

The Room of the Magnolias

The Room of the Magnolias shares the living-room with the Room of the Oranges, providing in any case a totally independent bedroom with access at its own bathroom. You will thus be able to take advantage of complete privacy without loosing the opportunity of chatting a bit with the other visitors after a long beach day.

The House of the Roses

The House of the Roses is a totally independent apartment specially suiting families with the intention of spending medium-long holiday periods in our town. You can find in the House of the Roses a set of nice comforts, such as the Home Theatre audio system (and a good collection of VHS and DVDs), the independent living-room, the air conditioning, and of course an independent bathroom. The apartment consists of a double bedroom and a second bedroom ideal for the young ones.

The House of the Roses has also access to the terrace, a perfect place to enjoy the evening warmth after a day of sunshine and beach.
